You will assess patient conditions, monitor for changes in health status, administer treatments and medications, perform specialized nursing procedures, and communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and members of the healthcare team. Your expertise and compassionate approach will play a vital role in helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills and experience providing complex nursing care in the home setting. Candidates must have hands-on experience performing skilled nursing procedures such as managing enteral feedings, straight catheterizations, Baclofen pumps, respiratory treatments, and other advanced nursing interventions. Experience working with tracheostomies and ventilators is preferred but not required.
