At Gutter Tune Up – Roofing and Gutters , your income is in your hands. There's no cap on what you can earn, and our top performers make up to $300K a year. We're growing from Wisconsin into Charlotte and building a sales team of disciplined, competitive people who want to win.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

• We hand you the appointments: pre-qualified, exclusive in-home leads. No cold calling. No door knocking. Ever.
• Up to 3 appointments a day, typically around 9 AM, 1 PM and 5 PM. You spend your time selling, not chasing.
• No experience in roofing or gutters? No problem! We teach you everything.
• You sell, our installation team does the work. Installations typically occur within one week, supporting faster commission payouts.
  

YOU ARE A CLOSER? GREAT!

• Walk into homes where the homeowner already asked for us.
• Close on the first visit and get paid on every sale you close, with no ceiling.
• Keep stacking your income with uncapped earning potential: commissions and monthly volume bonuses.
  

NEW TO THIS INDUSTRY?

• Two weeks of hands-on training before you run on your own: classroom week, then ride-alongs with experienced reps.
• One-on-one coaching that keeps going after training.
• If you're coachable, competitive and willing to put in the work, we'll show you how to close and make money! Former athletes and competitive applicants are welcome!
  

COMPENSATION: 1099 independent contractor, 100% commission based

• Uncapped earnings potential
• 10% base commission on every sale
• Monthly volume bonus, with no maximum

• Compensation is 100% performance-based; earnings are not guaranteed. No base salary.
  

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run up to 3 pre-qualified in-home appointments a day.
• Climb the ladder, inspect the property and measure the roof and gutters.
• Present solutions and pricing using our company sales system.
• Close the sale during the appointment and submit completed contracts for installation.
  

WHAT YOU NEED

• Drive to learn, grow and make money. Proven sales results are a plus; in-home, commission-based or high-ticket sales experience is a bonus, but not a must.
• Disciplined, self-motivated, competitive and open to coaching.
• Full-time, Monday through Saturday (this must be your only job). Appointment timing depends on customer availability and may include evenings.
• Comfortable on a ladder and on the roof, up to 3 times a day.
• Comfortable using an iPad or CRM to complete contracts.
• Professional communication and appearance.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a background check.
