What Youll Do
- Represent our Brand : Act as the primary liaison between our guests and the service department, ensuring every interaction is seamless and professional.
- Expert Guidance: Translate complex technical needs into clear, actionable advice for our customers.
- Workflow Integration: Use our cutting-edge dealership management systems to track repairs, manage schedules, and provide real-time updates.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term trust by being a transparent advocate for the customers vehicle health.

The Ideal Candidate
"You don't need to be a mechanic, but you do need to be a master of people."- Experience: Previous experience in automotive service writing or high-end hospitality is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating modern CRM and DMS platforms (e.g., Tekion, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds).
