???? Pay Rate: $33–$35/hour on W2 (Open for Discussion)

???? Mileage Reimbursement Available

???? Various Shifts Available – Days, Nights & Weekends

???? Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Opportunities

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Pediatric Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients in the home setting throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

???? Responsibilities:

• Provide direct pediatric patient care in the home environment

• Assist with daily skilled nursing needs and treatments

• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes appropriately

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Support families and caregivers with patient care needs

• Follow physician orders, care plans, and agency policies

✅ Qualifications:

• Active Florida LPN License

• Minimum 2 Years of Pediatric Experience Preferred

• Home Health or Private Duty Experience Preferred

• Experience with Trach, G-Tube, and Ventilator Care is a Plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation
