???? Pay Rate: $38–$40/hour on W2 (Open for Discussion)

???? Mileage Reimbursement Available

???? Various Shifts Available – Days, Nights & Weekends

???? Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Opportunities

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Private Duty Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

???? Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the patient’s home

• Monitor and assess patient condition and report changes appropriately

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Educate and support families and caregivers

• Follow physician orders, plan of care, and agency protocols

• Ensure patient safety and quality of care at all times

✅ Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN License

• Minimum 2 Years of Pediatric Nursing Experience Preferred

• Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience Preferred

• Ventilator, Trach, and G-Tube Experience a Plus

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Reliable transportation
