Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.  Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Army Admin/Operations Support Specialist . This position is onsite and located in Arlington, VA at The Pentagon.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: 

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency with platforms (e.g., Task Management Tool (TMT) and Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)).

• Experience preparing travel documents and managing authorizations in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Strong writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and experience supporting Political Appointees, Senior Executive Service (SES) or Flag/General Officers.
• Knowledge of Army Secretariat administrative procedures and executive support protocols.
  
• Ability to proactively manage taskings, logistics, and operational challenges.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active SECRET security clearance.
  
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior Government Officials.
