Quality Engineer

A growing technology organization is seeking a QA Engineer to build and maintain automated testing frameworks and ensure the quality of its software applications. This role focuses on developing automation strategies and improving testing processes across web, mobile, and desktop applications in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated and manual test cases
• Build and maintain automated test scripts
• Perform regression testing to ensure application stability
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Collaborate with development and product teams to improve testing strategy
• Integrate testing processes into CI/CD workflows
• Continuously improve QA methodologies and processes

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in software QA or testing
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Appium
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with API testing
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Understanding of SDLC and QA best practices

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 annually
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision benefits provided
