Salary: $190,000 - $265,000 per year Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. Advise clients on trust and estate planning strategies, asset protection, succession planning, and wealth transfer matters. Handle trust administration matters, including trustee guidance, beneficiary communications, and required notices. Work with individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners on sophisticated estate planning needs. Review client assets, family structures, and planning goals to develop tailored estate plans. Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professional advisors as needed. Manage multiple planning and administration matters while maintaining strong attention to detail. Support practice development efforts and long term client relationship growth. Qualifications Active and good standing California Bar admission required. Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an American Bar Association accredited law school required. Experience handling trust and estate planning, trust administration, and related transactional matters. Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities while staying organized and detail oriented. Comfortable working directly with clients, fiduciaries, families, and professional advisors. Interest in collaborative practice development and long term professional growth.
