Customer Service Specialist

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition SummaryYour Water Matters is a whole-home water filtration & service company looking for an organized, personable Customer Service Representative to manage customer communications and keep our service schedule running smoothly. You'll answer inquiries, book and coordinate appointments, keep accurate records, collect payments, and work closely with the Customer Service Manager and field technicians to make sure every customer is taken care of from first contact through follow-up.ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and in personSchedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel customer appointmentsMaintain accurate customer and appointment recordsCoordinate schedules with staff and ensure appointments are properly assignedFollow up with customers regarding appointments and service needsResolve customer questions and concerns professionally and efficientlyProvide accurate information about services, availability, and policiesMake outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on service, and reach customers as neededTrack and help control inventoryAssist with general administrative and customer-service duties as neededRequired Skills & QualificationsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelDispatch or scheduling experienceKnowledge of DFW geography (cities, major roadways, and service areas)Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound callsStrong conflict resolution skillsInventory control skillsClear, professional written and verbal communicationStrong attention to detail and record keepingPreferred QualificationsPrior customer service experience in a service, trade, or field-service businessExperience with scheduling or dispatch software (Fieldwork HQ is a big plus)Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred but not required)Working ConditionsOffice-based role with frequent phone, computer, and text customer interactionsStandard business hours; occasional flexibility and early Friday closure (3:00pm if weekly targets are met)\nCompany DescriptionAt Your Water Matters, our mission is to give homeowners clean water year after year, without frustration or concern.
