Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Geneva, NY. Key Responsibilities of the Emergency Department RN

• Connect with patients and families during triage, establishing rapport and prioritizing care.
• Conduct primary and secondary assessments to address critical needs and document deviations from norms.
• Build trust and cooperation among team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Prepare patients and families for diagnostic procedures and post-emergency care.
• Maintain patient-focused communication, providing updates and education throughout the ER visit.

Requirements of the Emergency Department RN

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, Stroke Certification (Must be AHA or RQI)
• Two years of acute hospital experience as an RN
• One year of ED hospital experience as an RN
• NIHSS, NYS RN Licensure
