This position leads HR Information systems for Performance and Development (PMGM) and Talent Acquisition, contributing to a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Responsibilities Automate and streamline system analysis, data integration, and reporting capabilities; maintain security controls and ensure uninterrupted service for end users. Optimize all technology systems to meet workforce growth requirements, creating opportunities to deliver operational excellence and automating and streamlining pain points. Provide data/system guidance and support for organizational restructuring, implementing data governance processes and procedures to maintain data integrity and security. Maintain key relationships with stakeholders for future platform and functionality requirements, keeping them informed of technology or process changes when relevant. Serve as technical point of contact for assigned functions, lead technology implementations and enhancements, and assist functional leads to ensure data integrity, test system changes, and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities. Manage internal and external reporting for information related to work events, position management, and reorganizations. Identify and initiate improvement opportunities around systems, processes, data, and user experience, and recommend options to leaders with justification, potential impacts and supporting data. Create process documentation standards and work with functional experts to ensure all HR processes are properly documented and updated as needed. Ensure protection of all physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets, and properly access and manage private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Minimum Qualifications Ten or more years of experience researching, analyzing, designing and maintaining human resources information systems to support HR administration and projects. Preferred Qualifications Hands‑on experience with configuration and reporting utilizing SuccessFactors, specifically ONB, PMGM modules, and Recruiting/ATS applications. Strong functional knowledge of HR processes in recruiting, onboarding and performance & development. Strong collaboration skills in cross‑functional collaboration, vendor oversight, and stakeholder engagement across HR and IT. Strong understanding of data management practices and proven ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings clearly. Additional Information This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on remaining days. Employees are required to work and reside in California unless otherwise noted. Work mode details will be discussed at the interview stage and can be changed based on business needs.
