CNC Mill MachinistWe're looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our team in a clean, comfortable, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complete machine setups, problem-solving, and producing quality parts while working with modern equipment and a supportive leadership team.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate 3-axis Haas CNC Mills with Haas ControlsPerform fixturing, tooling, work offsets, and tool offsetsProve out programs and make G & M code editsAdjust feeds and speeds to optimize performanceRun production while maintaining quality standards to ±.005"Read and interpret blueprints and work instructionsPerform first article and in-process inspections using micrometers and calipersOperate laser cutting equipmentTroubleshoot machine and process issuesMaintain equipment and keep a clean, organized workspaceQualifications2+ years of CNC mill setup and operation experienceExperience with Haas Controls preferredStrong blueprint reading skillsAbility to edit G & M code at the machineExperience with precision measuring toolsStrong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitudeReliable attendance and positive attitudeWhy Join Us?Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PMOptional Friday overtimeClimate-controlled, low-noise shopRelaxed, team-oriented environmentExcellent PTO and benefits packageRaise upon permanent hireAccess to virtual healthcare, therapy support, and prescription benefitsJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of BLAINE, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $87000.00/yr.
