Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager is the main interface with the Overseas Business & Commercial Division and supports the tendering activity of MH&L Europe across all concurrent projects (fixed-foundation and shipping tenders), including port rate development, cost modelling, and planning coordination, while helping develop the supplier base the team relies on. Key Responsibilities Main interface with the Overseas Business & Commercial Division on day-to-day matters. Support tendering of fixed-foundation projects. Develop new suppliers and maintain the port/supplier contact network across active regions Assist in preparing RFQs, supplier comparisons and internal cost models. Support port rental and reservation fee scenario costing for active tenders. Support planning inputs and schedule coordination requests from internal stakeholders. Support contract exhibit review and claims documentation for active projects. Track project milestones and support internal reporting across multiple concurrent projects. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience, ideally in shipping, logistics, or project coordination. Experience supporting more than one active tender or project at a time is a plus. Entry to mid-level position. Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of marshalling harbour operations. Familiarity with RoRo/SPMT concepts. Familiarity with tendering processes. Basic cost modelling in Excel (port rental/reservation fee scenarios, supplier comparisons). Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple work streams and projects in parallel. Good communication in English; German and Polish is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
