RN/LPN Private Duty Nurse

POSITION 1

• Location: Catawissa, MO (63015)
• Schedule: Monday/Tuesday 7a-5p & Wednesday 7a-12p
• PatientSpecifics: Infant

POSITION 2

• Location: Washington, MO (63090)
• Day Schedule: 2-3 days/week with flexible hours! Shift start time 6:30am. Open to 4, 6, and 8 hour shifts.
• Night Schedule: Friday-Sunday night shifts or evening/night help throughout the week 5pm-6/7am
• PatientSpecifics: 6 year old with gj-tube

POSITION 3

• Location: Washington, MO (63090)
• Day Schedule: 2-3 days/week with flexible hours! Shift start time 6:30am. Open to 4, 6, and 8 hour shifts.
• Night Schedule: Friday-Sunday night shifts or evening/night help throughout the week 5pm-6/7am
• PatientSpecifics: 4 year old with gj-tube

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
