We build real things, solve real problems, and expect professionalism, competence, and integrity from our team.Discover more at: Maddox + You:As a Yard Coordinator, you will be working outside where your attention to detail will be deployed to safely operate a 50T mobile gantry crane as well as a 32,000lb forklift. You will be responsible for:The stocking of transformers in the storage yard in an efficient and orderly mannerLoading and unloading flatbed trailersWork closely with the Logistics Coordinator to properly record shipment informationPerform yard maintenance (Cleanup of oil spills, dragging the yard, picking up trash, etc.)Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections of the forklifts and mobile gantry craneThis is an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in a positive environment, with an employer who values and recognizes your strong character, stable lifestyle, and dedicated work ethic.More About You:You love working outdoors in all seasons of the yearYou work well in a team or independentlyYou enjoy running heavy equipmentYou are focused and have a high attention to detailYou are very safety-orientedYou're a quick learner; not a know-it-all.Basics:This position works 40-45 hours per week on a 4-day a week schedule. All day-time schedule (not night shift). The schedule is 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
