With your compassionate approach, you assist them with nighttime routines, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive. Every night brings new opportunities to make a difference, and with each passing shift, you become an integral part of the Crystal Springs family!The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday for full-time candidates. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU18+ years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseCapable of remaining awake during an overnight shift to ensure the safety and well-being of studentsAble to work holidays and weekend shifts as requiredAble to perform activities of daily livingAble to perform physical interventions as necessary to provide the safest environment for our studentsA mandatory 1 week of training is required with a schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm1 year of caregiving experience is preferred!
