Primary duties of this position involve Training Scheduling System (TSS) administration; performing actions in TSS to schedule classes, give completion/closing rosters, and granting training managers and users appropriate roles in TSS to ensure effective execution of training management. Trouble shoot TSS irregularities and assist the software developers in correcting those errors. Additionally, this position functions as the POC for all DAF eLearning users at Hill AFB and provides Learning Management Systems (LMS) training for all installation users with an emphasis on Training Managers.

The employee may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty

Recruitment Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

1. Knowledge of the Training Scheduling System (TSS), Production and Acceptance Certification Program (PAC), Department of the Air Force e-Learning (Percipio), and related systems.

2. Knowledge of analytical, evaluative methods, procedures and skill in evaluating program operations to develop comprehensive plans, analyze work processes, and to continually improve them to meet customer requirements.

3. Knowledge and skill in the application of DOW, AF, AFMC and local methodologies and basic financial management directives, concepts, procedures, guidance and policy.

4. Detailed knowledge of the procedures and processes of management, organizational methods, principles and practices directly related to the Department of the Air Force.

5. Ability to gather, assemble and analyze facts, draw conclusions, devise solutions to problems and identify changes and trends.

6. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, prepare and present reports and actively participate in or chair meetings and conferences.

7. Ability to independently plan, organize and coordinate work to identify problems and develop innovative solutions.

8. Skill with system and PC based tools to include automated spreadsheet, graphics and database management applications.
