Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to final placement.
• Serve as a Client Liaison, comprehending their hiring needs, challenges, and workplace culture.
• Effectively Source Talent utilizing our exclusive CRM/ATS, along with your personal network and innovative communication platforms.
• Maximize Our Technology to streamline candidate management, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Long-Term Placements that deliver enduring value to clients, alongside substantial commissions for yourself.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we enhance both our brand and yours.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2–3+ years of agency recruitment or consultative sales experience.

• Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided on ours).
• An entrepreneurial spirit with ambitions to build something enduring.
