Help Desk Engineer – L1 (Orlando, FL) Join Kaseya, a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions powered by AI. As a Help Desk Engineer, you’ll deliver enterprise‑level technical support to our internal customers through phone, email, chat, and other channels. Responsibility and Roles Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Microsoft domain environments, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Exchange Admin, Google Suite, and Apple operating systems. Resolve incidents and service requests following ITIL best practices, including Break‑Fix, Incident, and Configuration Management. Assist with networking and VPN connectivity and troubleshoot end‑user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, handhelds, and smartphones. Use IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and maintain accurate incident documentation. Qualifications Proven experience as a Help Desk technician or customer‑support role. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, Microsoft domain environments, Exchange administration, MAC OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Wi‑Fi and VPN connectivity, Google Workspace administration, and desktop peripherals. Excellent critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and general IT infrastructure.
