Associate Attorney

A well-established Midwest insurance defense firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its St. Louis office, with a primary focus on general liability and transportation/trucking litigation. We're ideally looking for attorneys with 3–5 years of experience but are open to candidates with approximately 3–8 years of civil litigation experience . This is a hybrid position (3 days in office / 2 remote) offering meaningful litigation responsibility, direct partner mentorship, and a realistic path toward long-term advancement. The firm moves efficiently and is typically able to take candidates from initial conversation to decision within approximately two weeks.
