Land Development Project Manager – Lubbock, TX About the Job: We’re looking for an experienced Land Development Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects across West Texas. What You’ll Do: Manage land development projects from due diligence and entitlement through construction completion. Coordinate civil engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and internal stakeholders. Maintain project schedules, budgets, development timelines, and critical milestones. Oversee site development activities including infrastructure, utilities, roadways, and horizontal construction. Review plans, engineering documents, scopes of work, bids, and project specifications. Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies throughout the development process. Track project costs, contracts, invoices, change orders, and financial reporting. Identify project challenges and proactively develop solutions to avoid delays and cost impacts. Support feasibility analysis, due diligence, and planning for future development opportunities. Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication throughout each phase. Help deliver thoughtfully designed communities that create lasting value. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in land development, real estate development, construction management, or a related field. Strong understanding of entitlement processes, civil engineering coordination, and horizontal construction. Experience managing consultants, contractors, municipalities, and project stakeholders. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and construction sequencing. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, real estate, business, or related field preferred. Experience with project management, construction management, or development software preferred. Ability to work on‑site in the Lubbock, TX area.
