Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Position Summary
The FP&A Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for a publicly traded company. This role partners with senior management to provide financial insights, support strategic decisions, and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and management presentations.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, EBITDA, cash flow, and key performance indicators.
- Support quarterly earnings, SEC reporting, and investor relations activities.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases.
- Partner with department leaders to optimize costs and improve profitability.
- Enhance reporting processes, financial systems, and forecasting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
- Public company experience and knowledge of US GAAP preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP, EPM, and BI tools such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
