Bilingual Patient Relations Specialist

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Patient Relations Specialist will manage patient inquiries, coordinate with teams for first call resolution, and provide support on services and billing while working remotely. Key responsibilities Answer calls from patients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns Provide translation support for Spanish-speaking patients and team members Conduct Quality Assurance audits on call recordings to offer feedback for coaching Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of work-related experience in a healthcare setting preferred Fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written skills Outstanding customer service skills demonstrated through prior experience
