Job Description

A project coordinator to support technology and infrastructure initiatives within a local government environment. This is an opportunity supporting high‐visibility projects across multiple departments. Day to day, this role supports Project Managers by coordinating meetings, taking notes, tracking action items, updating timelines, and helping maintain overall project status across multiple initiatives. The Project Coordinator will also support the buildout and ongoing enhancement of OpenGov applications, including permitting and licensing systems, capital budget tools, and project management platforms. This includes assisting with coordination around requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and go‐live activities, while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and cross‐functional stakeholders. This role does not own budgets or strategy but plays a key part in execution by keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project work across the full lifecycle
• Schedule meetings, take notes, and track action items, timelines, and deliverables
• Support Project Managers with day‐to‐day execution and reporting
• Help keep stakeholders aligned across departments and teams
• Assist with software, infrastructure, and ERP-related projects
• Support OpenGov platforms for permitting, licensing, capital budgeting, and project management
• Stay organized across multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment
