HR Assistant

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive HR support to the IT organization, including recruiting, employee records management, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, labor relations, AAP/EEO compliance, and training. Partner with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, personnel matters, disciplinary actions, and organizational issues. Assist with job analysis, workforce planning, employee communications, and policy development. Support grievance investigations, labor contract administration, and compliance initiatives. Develop and maintain HR programs, newsletters, and communications to keep employees informed of policies and organizational updates. Qualifications Requires strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, confidentiality, and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr AtWork Group
