Executive Assistant

Provides a broad range of administrative support for one or more executives of the organization. Exercises independent judgment and discretion, makes administrative decisions and takes action based on the knowledge and scope of the position, organization and its policies, procedures and personnel. Performs work under minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years Experience in an administrative/support capacity.
• Values In Action Annual Awards Program:
  • Experience in Mission Services and Award and Recognition programs of CHS and SJHS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in executive level office environment.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
