As a Bath Aide, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on care to residents, promoting their dignity and well-being in a supportive and team-focused environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team for 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM shifts. As a Bath Aide, you will assist residents with daily activities and provide personal care,. Your role will be essential to ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed and perform duties as assigned

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in accordance with care plans and facility policies

• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and other equipment

• Coordinate dining room services, including set-up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake

• Deliver nutritional supplements to residents and document intake accordingly

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Iowa (required)

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (not required)

• Kind, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Passion for caring for seniors and helping them thrive

Personal Skills and Traits Desired:

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Must be a supportive team member, contribute to, and be an example of teamwork

• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday

• Ability to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary
