Strategic Workforce Planning Associate Project Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Drive execution of SWP-related projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, and business objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within SWP processes and support the development and execution of project plans across cross-functional stakeholder groups. Lead process design and standardization efforts by documenting and optimizing SWP workflows to improve efficiency and consistency. Establish and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting to ensure visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making. Identify and drive process improvement initiatives, recommending solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability. Support coordination of Technical Beach activities, including onboarding, operations, and job jar build-out and management, while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Analyze and resolve operational challenges of moderate complexity, making recommendations and supporting decision-making in partnership with stakeholders. Support stakeholder alignment across SWP, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and business leaders; apply working knowledge of SWP policies and practices. Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. Lead cross-functional meetings to drive project progress, ensuring clear outcomes and follow-through. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specific Requirements Must have 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Experience with strategic workforce planning. Experience developing executive-ready presentations, reports, and delivering effective presentations to leadership audiences. Experience with HR project experience is preferred.
