Pay & Perks:

• $17.25/hr base pay + weekend/short-visit premiums
• Weekly pay (early access available)
• Flexible scheduling – you choose days/times

What You’ll Do:
Help seniors stay independent at home by assisting with:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing)
• Mobility & walking
• Meals & light housekeeping
• Errands & transportation
• Companionship & emotional support

What to Expect (Being Real With You):

• Emotional moments as clients age or decline
• Different home environments (not always predictable)
• Occasional schedule gaps or cancellations
• Independent work (no coworkers on-site)
• Transporting clients in your car

What We’re Looking For

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of Michigan auto insurance & registration
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Physically able to sit, stand, bend, reach, walk, and climb stairs
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screening
• No experience? No problem—we provide training to help you succeed.
