Logistics Specialist

If you are interested in joining The Building People, we encourage The Facilities/Logistics Specialist will coordinate office moves, manage space planning and utilization, oversee inventory and equipment logistics and provide general facilities support. The specialist will also ensure compliance with the applicable agency policies and procedures. Responsibilities include: Oversee day-to-day facility and space management tasks including workspace assignments and moves. Coordinate with building management for maintenance, security, and access control. Maintain inventory of office equipment, furniture, and supplies. Track facility-related requests and ensure timely completion. Develop and maintain floor plans, asset tracking sheets, and occupancy reports. Support emergency preparedness and continuity of operations planning (COOP). Liaise with custodial and building service contractors as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
