SHEFitPT is the premier pre/postnatal pelvic floor PT clinic in San Diego.
We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, experienced prenatal/postpartum pelvic floor physical therapist with a strong work ethic, commitment to patients, and desire to grow with the company. We have an urgent need as our waitlist is long! Start date is flexible and a relocation bonus is available - we are looking for the RIGHT fit, not just someone to fill an opening!

As a hybrid clinic (we accept cash and Tricare only), we are committed to providing excellent service based on high levels of training and experience. Our ideal candidate has completed intermediate level coursework in prenatal/postnatal and pelvic floor assessment and treatment, and feels confident treating a variety of related conditions. She is excellent at determining patients' needs, and possesses extraordinary communication skills to motivate women in achieving their goals. Our ideal candidate will also be comfortable seeing clients with chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with pregnancy/ female pelvic floor and 2+ years of experience with general outpatient orthopedics (time may overlap).
- Formal Pelvic Floor coursework including vaginal assessment and treatment.

- Candidates must feel ready to jump into an existing caseload with high expectations for expert quality care utilizing a mix of active and manual therapy techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Pre/postnatal coursework, pre/postnatal athleticism training, and familiarity with current diastasis recti management strategies.

- Experience in a cash-pay environment, whether in PT, fitness, wellness, or another industry

This position may be part time or full time for the right candidate. Hours at multiple locations (Pacific Beach and Mission Valley) may be required. 

Relocation up to $4000 is available for elligible candidates. We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include ongoing mentorship, continuing education, paid time off, and a health stipend for full time employees.
