The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising and representing clients in employment-related matters, including litigation, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Represent employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including workplace investigations, discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and employment agreements.
* Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on compliance with state and federal labor laws.
* Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and contracts.
* Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial or arbitration.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

* J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
* 3-7+ years of labor and employment law experience , including litigation and counseling.
* Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including FLSA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and NLRA.
* Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
* Client-focused mindset with a passion for solving complex workplace challenges.
