Phlebotomy Technician: Specimen Collection & Lab Support

WakeMed

WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Clinical Services Technician to collect pathology specimens at ambulatory care centers. You will register, process, and allocate specimens and orders from all sources, verify patient and specimen identification, and prioritize the workflow to ensure timely transport.

The role uses POCT and requires proper documentation of maintenance and quality control, while maintaining a clean work area and excellent patient communication.
