LPN MDS Nurse - Care Plans, CCAs & CMS Compliance Pro

Life Care Center of America is looking for a diligent LPN MDS Nurse in Littleton, Colorado. The nurse will manage MDS assessments and ensure compliance with CMS regulations while displaying exceptional customer service and teamwork skills. Qualified candidates must have completed an accredited LPN program and hold an active LPN license. They should be proactive and able to make independent decisions within a post-acute care environment.
