Nurse Practitioner

McLeod Vascular Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner! Requirements Minimum of a master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner. Prior cardiovascular experience as a Registered Nurse. Licenses/Certification/Registrations Valid SC RN license as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) verified by the LLR. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by an approved accrediting agency. Prescriptive privileges or eligibility to apply. Responsibilities Maintain a professional image and exhibit excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, physicians, and co‑workers in accordance with Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Assess patient needs based on history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data. Record physical findings and formulate plans and prognosis based on patient condition. Plan, implement, and coordinate care to meet holistic age‑specific needs. Foster an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families, and visitors. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity. Perform physical examinations and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines and physician instructions. Discuss cases with physicians and other health professionals to prepare a comprehensive patient care plan.
