In this role, you'll assist customers with product questions, order support, issue resolution, and account-related inquiries while helping maintain the high level of service our customers have come to expect.We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and building positive relationships. Just good people working together to help hardworking customers stay safe on the job.What You'll DoCustomer Support & ServiceRespond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other support channelsProvide accurate information about products, services, and company programsAssist customers with order entry, order status updates, and account-related questionsResolve customer concerns and support issue resolution in a professional and timely mannerDeliver outstanding customer support while maintaining a positive customer experienceAccount & Order ManagementUpdate customer accounts and maintain accurate customer recordsDocument customer interactions and follow-up activitiesCoordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressedSupport customer retention efforts through proactive communication and serviceTeam Collaboration & Product KnowledgeDevelop and maintain knowledge of evolving products, programs, and servicesCollaborate with team members to solve customer challengesShare customer feedback and insights with internal teamsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Care TeamWhat We're Looking ForCandidate must be able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish (Verbal & Written)Previous experience in customer service, customer support, client services, sales support, or related customer-facing rolesCall center experience is preferredStrong communication and active listening skillsAbility to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationshipsExcellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesStrong multitasking and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsAccurate data entry and typing skillsExperience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plusScheduleFull-time positionPrimary schedule:Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (in office, one weekday off)Saturday shifts between 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (hybrid)Candidates should also be available to work traditional business hours when neededSchedule details will be discussed during the interview processCompensation & BenefitsCompany-paid dental, vision, long-term disability, short-term disability, and life insurance beginning the first of the month after 60 daysMulti-tiered medical insurance plans to choose from (benefits valued at over $10,000 annually)8 paid holidays per yearPTO is available after 90 days, accrued bi-weekly at a rate of 3.08 hours (2 weeks annualized after 1st year).
