Job Description Job Description Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: Flexible Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (or equivalent part-time compensation, negotiable based on experience and specialty certifications) Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Physical Therapist with a strong background in orthopedics and exercise prescription. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative team environment and has a particular interest in spinal disorders, post-operative rehabilitation, and general orthopedic care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide manual therapy, guided therapeutic exercise, and patient education Manage care for orthopedic and post-operative conditions, including spinal disorders Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Motivate and engage patients through effective communication Participate in clinic initiatives and contribute to performance goals Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in California Experience or strong interest in orthopedics and post-operative rehabilitation Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compensation Competitive salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually (prorated for part-time) Performance-based incentives available Benefits (Full-Time) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 vacation days annually, increasing to 15 days after 3 years 7 paid holidays 40 hours of sick leave Continuing education stipend: $1,000 annually SIMPLE IRA with 3% employer match (eligibility beginning January 1, 2026) Long-term disability insurance Ongoing training in advanced diagnostics and structural rehabilitation methods Supportive and growth-oriented team environment Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
