CNC Machinist

Compensation $5k sign-on bonus (on 2nd shift) $28 - $40 / hr (including differential) 15% shift differential Weekly overtime opportunities on Friday Shift 2nd shift : Monday - Thursday (4x10s) [priority] 1st shift: Monday - Friday (5x8s) Responsibilities Complete Setups: Independently perform machine setups from blueprint to first part. Blueprint Interpretation: Read complex prints and manufacturing documentation. Program Adjustments: Edit offsets and make basic G-code adjustments. Quality Verification: Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment. Process Troubleshooting: Resolve machining and tooling issues independently. Documentation: Maintain accurate production and quality records. Technical Support: Assist machinists with setups and troubleshooting. Safe Production: Produce quality parts while following safety procedures. Qualifications Required 5+ years of CNC machining experience Independent setup machining experience Experience with CNC mills and lathes Strong blueprint interpretation skills Proficient with precision measuring equipment Experience editing offsets and G-code Strong troubleshooting abilities Preferred High-mix, low-volume machining experience Mill-turn machining experience 5-axis machining experience CAD/CAM experience Manual machining background Technical machining education or apprenticeship Experience mentoring less experienced machinists Continuous improvement experience #ZR #J-18808-Ljbffr
