Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a dedicated Cleaner/Janitor/Custodian to join their team. As a Cleaner/Janitor/Custodian, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting maintaining clean and safe environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cleaner/Janitor/Custodian

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 8pm - 4:30am (Sunday - Thursday)

What's the Job?

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation
• Dispose of garbage and ensure proper stocking of supplies
• Assist with internal office moves and cubicle setup or teardown
• Support general building maintenance such as minor electrical and plumbing repairs, light replacements, and building clean-up
• Participate in recycling efforts and maintain exterior cleanliness as needed

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and preventative maintenance
• Ability to perform manual work techniques and lift between 50 to 100 pounds
• Good attendance and a positive attitude are essential
