About the Role

Picture your day starting at 7:00 AM. You sign into the inventory system, scan overnight receipts, and map out priorities for the morning. Pallets arrive—some packed with small components, others with bulk materials. You confirm counts, label items by SKU and category, and guide each piece to its rightful bin or rack. By mid-morning, you’ve completed a cycle count on a key aisle, reconciled a discrepancy with purchasing, and used a forklift to stage materials for production. After lunch, you update stock movements, answer a quick call from operations about on-hand quantities, and complete a 6S sweep so every tool and part is where it belongs. You leave at 3:30 PM knowing the stockroom will run smoothly for the next shift.

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming goods, separating parts, components, and materials by type.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts and audits, and update records quickly and accurately.
• Record all stock transactions and movements; investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and related equipment to move stock efficiently and safely.
• Follow safety procedures, report security concerns, and apply 6S principles to keep the stockroom orderly.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams to relay inventory status, allocate materials, and resolve inquiries.
• Use inventory management software and basic computer tools to maintain data integrity and visibility.
• Reinforce a 6S mindset through daily organization, standardization, and continuous improvement.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong safety-first approach.
• Good dexterity and hand–eye coordination for handling small parts.
• Reliable attendance, strong organization, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to established guidelines.
• Physical stamina: able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency in inventory management and control; experience in a manufacturing environment is valued.
