Job Description Extrusion Operator|Canandaigua,NY| HIRING IMMEDIATELY Compensation: Competitive starting pay rate of $22.34-$22.84 per hour, paid weekly Available Shift: 3:00PM-11:00 PM 11:30PM-8:00 AM TEXT TO APPLY NUMBER: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate extrusion machines safely and efficiently, meeting production standards for waste, quality, and utilization. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues by adjusting components and settings. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve production processes. Conduct quality checks and enter results. Run the production equipment in accordance with standard line conditions. Use the production line performance reporting tools in an accurate and timely manner. Qualifications: One year manufacturing experience Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills (written and verbal). Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
