The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for supporting the Clinic Director in the oversight of performance and operations of the clinic. This role supports the Clinic Director and clinic staff, assists with staffing needs, provides resource support, and performs administrative oversight.We offer:Competitive salaryComfortable, furnished offices and clinic environmentA company rooted in values of creativity, humor, compassion, acceptance, determination, and authenticityPaid Time Off401kHealth Insurance stipendTasks & responsibilities include:Supervision and consultationParticipate in the weekly Clinic Director meetingProvide weekly individual supervision and bi-weekly group supervision for master's level cliniciansProvide consultation with therapy staff to review caseload, and clinical documentationAdministrativeSupport clinic staff developmentPartner with Regional Clinic Director to support administrative needsCoordinate with Regional Clinic Director to support the hiring processCoordinate office supply orders with Regional Clinic DirectorClinic oversightAssist Regional Clinic Director with monitoring and managing clinic office schedulesProvide timely response to concerns raised by clients and cliniciansMaintain agreed upon clinical client caseloadServe as back-up for Regional Clinic Director when they are out of the officeAdditional duties as assignedRequired skills/abilities include:Master's Degree or higher education in mental health disciplineIndependently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (e.g., LISCW, LMHC, Psy.D, Ph.D, etc.)Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill setsStrong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practiceExcellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
