You'll be eligible for the following: On Demand Payment (Make any day pay day) Company-matched retirement plans Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Employer-Paid Disability and Life coverage Tuition Reimbursement Generous Paid Time Off Health Savings Account Responsibilities Oversee, train, coach, and mentor a team of Licensed Behavioral Health Professionalsin a correctional healthcare environment On-site program supervisor providing overall program direction ensuring compliance with HRS licensure standards Provide crisis management counseling, and/or short-term therapy to patients as appropriate to the position Prepare treatment and follow-up care programs, including providing therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services as required Initiate an interdisciplinary treatment plan and participates in the ongoing treatment planning process Lead the review of clinical issues and program policies and procedures Consult and direct behavioral health practitioners and related staff, as appropriate in the performance of therapeutic and/or casework Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work or related field Current state Mental Health Professional license Must be located in close proximity to Fort Myers, Florida Current CPR certification Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screen Armor Health focuses on offering comprehensive and robust Total Rewards package.
