Weekend Telehealth Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

ChenMed is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) I for after-hours telehealth. The part-time role oversees virtual patient assessments, diagnoses and documentation, serving as the dispositional authority for after-hours calls. Strong clinical judgment and collaboration with on-call physicians are essential to ensure high-quality care.
