PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Expertly answer the phone, assist patients in scheduling appointments, and create patient accounts. Check patients in, post payments, and convert treatment plans with accuracy and efficiency. Assist with scheduling surgeries and ensure all necessary preparations are made. Work closely with other professionals to form a highly effective team, handling administrative tasks seamlessly. Embrace a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for learning and growth within the practice. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Completion of high school or equivalent is required. Previous oral surgery, dental, or medical experience is preferred. Proven administrative experience with a track record of growth or improvement within previous positions. Demonstrated ability to multitask and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment. Experienced with customer service techniques, ensuring a superior patient experience. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members.
