Responsibilities: Manage customer insurance accounts and update information. Assist customers with policy changes, applications and renewals. Provide information on insurance products and services. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Qualifications: Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Customer service and communication skills. Previous experience with State Farm Insurance or related Auto Insurance Company preferred. Illinois Property and Casualty Insurance License is Required. No weekends or evenings!

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year

• Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
