CNC Operator 2nd shift

CNC Operator Willoughby, OH $19-$23/hour Full-Time Join Our Team as a CNC Operator! We're looking for a detail-oriented CNC Operator to safely set up and operate CNC machines producing quality ceramic cores. In this role, you'll follow standard operating procedures and customer specifications to consistently deliver high-quality, precision parts in a clean, safety-focused environment. What You'll Do Follow documented, job-specific work instructions Set up fixtures and safely operate CNC machines to produce quality ceramic cores Apply knowledge of machining functions, operation buttons, and switches Secure product and operate stops/guides for proper alignment Visually inspect products and identify defects Maintain required documentation and paperwork Meet production goals and quality requirements Maintain a clean and organized workstation Communicate effectively with managers, leads, quality inspectors, engineering, and fellow operators Complete end-of-shift duties, including production reporting, TPM, and 6S activities Follow all company safety rules and regulations What You Bring High school diploma or GED Strong mechanical aptitude Experience using precision measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Experience in a manufacturing environment Willingness to work independently Excellent attendance and dependability Willingness to cross-train in other company job functions Physical Requirements Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift (plus overtime, when required) Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading, visual inspection of small parts/defects, and using measuring devices Comfort working in a manufacturing environment CNC Operator Willoughby, OH $19-$23/hour Full-Time Join Our Team as a CNC Operator!
