Boutique Great Neck title insurance company is looking for an experienced title insurance processor.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

·          Preparation of title invoices for 5 Boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk Counties

·          Handle the rapid influx of phone calls and emails requesting updates, changes, etc.

·          Preparation of closing packages for closers

·          Ability to handle complex real estate transactions such as short sales/foreclosures estate matter

·          Escrows and Reconciliations

·          Bookkeeping

Qualifications:

·          Minimum of 3+ years’ experience within the real estate industry

·          Proficiency with TrackerPro Software system preferred but not required

·          Extremely detail oriented and meticulous

·          Able to work in a very fast paced environment

·          Ability to think critically and analytically

·          Strong verbal and written communication skills

·          Trainable and team player attitude

This is a full-time position; the candidate will not have the option of working from home.
