Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Lauren Peart - State Farm Agency , located in Glen Head, NY is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative- State Farm Team Member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is confident in outbound sales, relationship building, and closing, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.


This role is best suited for someone who is goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow within a performance-based culture. 1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Glen Head, NY. This is an in-office position.

Base Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 (based on experience)

Commission + Bonus Opportunities: Uncapped earning potential tied to performance

Total Compensation Potential: $50,000 - $75,000+ for top producers

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license
• Life & Health license
