The J.R. Orenstein Agency is seeking a bilingual/Spanish Sales Representative to join our high-performing team in Great Neck, NY.

This is an opportunity to build a long-term sales career with an established, highly successful insurance agency. Youll work with agency-provided leads, referrals, and existing customers while helping individuals and families find the right auto, home, renters, life, health, and related insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new prospects, agency leads, referrals, and existing customers to identify insurance needs.
• Build relationships and recommend personalized auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance solutions.
• Present clear, competitive proposals and confidently guide customers through the buying decision.
• Follow up consistently with active prospects and manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
• Identify opportunities to bundle coverage, improve protection, and deliver greater value to each household.
• Ask for referrals and help develop relationships with local lenders, realtors, and automotive professionals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete all required applications and post-sale documentation.
• Meet individual sales and activity goals while contributing to a motivated, high-performing team.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, sales training, role-play, and professional development.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on responsiveness, professionalism, and trust.

Requirements

* Bilingual in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.

* Sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus but not required.

* Willing to complete training and obtain required state insurance licenses.

* Motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working toward performance goals.

* Confident, assertive, and effective when communicating with prospects.

* Action-oriented, persistent, coachable, and willing to follow proven sales processes.

* Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable learning new systems.
